Cindi Marie Frank, 59, of Colton, WA passed away October 15, 2025 at her Colton home.  Cindi was born January 25, 1966 in Grangeville, ID to Marvin & Charlcia (Larson) Ross.  She grew up in Grangeville and following graduation from high school, moved to California for a time.  Cindi returned to the area, settling in Colfax, WA where she met Dave Frank.  The couple married at Lake Tahoe in 1994 and made the Tri-Cities home until moving to Colton, WA 23 years ago.  Cindi raised the family and worked as a waitress through the years.  She worked most of those years at the Old European Restaurant in Pullman, WA.  Cindi had many interests that included boating, four wheeling, and she especially loved the outdoors.  Cindi loved her family and being together was very important.  Time spent together on the St. Joe River holds a special place in everyone's hearts.   She especially enjoyed time with her grandchildren.  Thrift Shopping was special to Cindi, and was always able to find the best items for the best deal, wherever she shopped.  Cindi was a member of the Lily Foundation in Lewiston, ID.  She is survived by her husband Dave at the family home in Colton; her children Tyler, Dillon and Alexis Frank; her four grandchildren Ellie, Hudson, Charlie & Hazel Frank; her mother Charlcia Smith; her siblings Ray Ross, Miranda Feist, Matthew Feist & Melisa Smith and several step-siblings.  She was preceded in death by her father Marvin and a brother Russell.  No services are planned for this time and arrangements have been entrusted to Corbeill Funeral Home, Pullman, WA.
