Cyril P. Morgan, Jr., 88, of Pullman, WA passed away September 19, 2025 at his Pullman home.  Cyril was born September 21, 1936 in Middletown, Ohio to Cyril & Vella (Schultz) Morgan, Sr.  He grew up in Middletown and graduated from Monroe Highschool in 1954.  Cyril married Sharon Smith in 1962 and they had three sons Patrick, Sean and Matt.  He served for a time in the Ohio National Guard and following his college studies embarked on a career in education.  Cyril served as an Associate Professor at the University of Colorado at Boulder from 1971-1980.  In 1980 the family moved to Pullman, WA where he built a 23 years career at Washington State University.  Cyril was the Chair in the Management & Systems, College of Business & Economics when he retired in 2003.  Throughout his career he published several books and served on numerous University committees.  Cyril had several passions including his grandchildren, golf and being outdoors.  He is survived by his three sons Patrick (Katie) of McCall, ID; Sean of Seattle; and Matt of Pullman and his three granddaughters Sarah, Anna and Maddie.  Cyril was preceded in death by his wife Sharon and a sister Norma Secrest.  The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 11 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Pullman, WA with a reception immediately following in the Parish Hall.  Cyril will be laid to rest at the Pullman City Cemetery.  Corbeill Funeral Home, Pullman, WA has been entrusted with arrangements.
