Obituary

DANIEL LEWIS POPP, 38, of Moscow, died Monday, Sept. 28, 2015 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Daniel was born April 27, 1977 in Forest Grove, OR to Roger & Terry (Evetts) Popp. He grew up in Woodburn, OR attending school at Willamette Valley Christian School in Brooks, OR. Following high school graduation in 1995 Daniel enlisted in the US Navy. He served four years on the aircraft carrier John F. Kennedy in the Gulf Region. Following his honorable discharge in 1999 he attended ITT Technical Institute in Portland, OR from where he graduated in two years. Daniel worked for UPS for a time and in 2003 moved to Moscow, ID. He had a passion for working with the disabled community. Through the years he worked in various capacities within the disabilities area. He had a strong faith in God that enabled Daniel to accomplish much. His interests were many of which he had a passion for photography. Daniel so enjoyed family time and especially adored his children. He is survived by four children Kodi, Autumn, Sedelee & Elah; his parents Roger & Terry Popp; two sisters Abigail (Nick) Holloway; Bonnie (Rob) Sentz as well as his aunts, uncles and cousins. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 4 to 7 PM today (Thursday) at Kimball Funeral Home in Pullman, WA. The graveside service will be held at 10 AM Friday, Oct. 2, 2015 at the Moscow Cemetery. Memorial donations are suggested to the memorial fund for Daniel's children and can be sent to any Wells Fargo Bank Branch. Online condolences may be sent to www.kimballfh.com
