Dianne Kay Schlott, 60, of Pullman, WA passed away March 1, 2018 at Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane, WA. Dianne was born March 31, 1957 in Moscow, ID to Jack & Nita (Frischknecht) Beck. She grew up and attended Moscow schools, graduating from Moscow High school in 1975. Dianne received her Bachelor degree in business and accounting from the University of Idaho. Dianne married Christopher Schlott on Sept. 19, 1992 in Moscow and they have made their home in Pullman since 1995. Dianne went to work at Washington State University in 1988 and for the last ten years has served as Finance Coordinator for Multicultural Student Services. She loved helping students learn how to manage their finances and always made time for them. Dianne was an other-oriented person, always putting the interests of others ahead of her own. Dianne especially cherished her family and so enjoyed time together, especially Christmas and special gatherings. Christmas was a time of great memories including decorating, and watching the Hallmark channel. Dianne enjoyed country music and reading romance novels. She was especially proud of her son Will as was Chris. Dianne will be deeply missed by all who loved her. She is survived by her husband Chris at the Pullman home; their son Will of Pullman; her father Jack Beck; three sisters Linda Reisenauer, Terry Odenborg & Vicky Shaw; brother Cliff Beck and many nieces, nephews & cousins. She was preceded in death by her mother Nita.
A memorial service is planned for Saturday Mar 24 at 11:00 AM at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Pullman, WA. Kimball Funeral Home of Pullman has been entrusted with arrangements.
