Donald Allen Keefer 70, of Pullman, WA passed away January 21, 2019 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Spokane.

Donald Allen Keefer was born January 23, 1948 in Boise, Idaho to Donald Keefer and Helen McConnell.  Don grew up on his grandparent's farm near the Boise River.  He lived on the Oregon coast, then Hawaii where he surfed.  He married Sue Given and they had two children Don Randall (D.J.) Keefer and Jerod Ed Keefer.  They divorced in 1983.

He is survived by his wife Molly, son D.J., sister Laura Morehead, brother Mike Keefer and 4 grandchildren.

Don was a contractor most of his life.  He retired in 2012 as a structural maintenance supervisor for W.S.U.

Don married his best friend Mary (Molly) Zimmer August 24, 1991 in Garden Valley, Idaho

He was preceded in death by his parents, stepmother Marian Keefer, brother Pat Keefer, sister Linda Wilson and a son Jerod Keefer.

A family gathering is planned for a later date and no services are scheduled now.  Kimball Funeral Home of Pullman is in charge of arrangements.
