ELEANOR E. (WILLOUGHBY) BROUSE, 93, of Pullman passed away August 8, 2014 at Pullman Regional Hospital. Eleanor was born February 20, 1921 in St. John, WA to Carson & Rosetta Willoughby. She was one of six girls. Eleanor met Ron Brouse at the Ming Room of the Oriental Restaurant in Pullman where she worked for 14 years. She and Ron married on June 23, 1962. They spent 38 years together until Ron preceded her in death in 2000. Eleanor enjoyed children and babysat many of Pullman's children through the years. She is survived by her children Rhea May Palmer Wayment & husband Deveral; Jerry J. Linehan & wife Hannelore; Terry L. Linehan & wife Carol; Sheryl Kay Linehan Burbank & husband Gary; Daryl (Butch) Linehan & wife Linda; one sister Geraldine Holcomb; 14 grandchildren and many great and great great grandchildren. In addition to her husband Ron, Eleanor was preceded in death by a son Elry Palmer and four sisters. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at 10:30 AM at the Colfax Cemetery in Colfax, WA. Kimball Funeral Home and Crematory is caring for the family.
