Frances Louise Lukes, 93, of Pullman passed away peacefully at Bishop Place on Dec. 10, 2017. Frances was born July 11, 1924 in Chickasha, Oklahoma to Clifton & Effie (Henderson) Voss. She grew up in Chickasha and following school moved to Oklahoma City, OK where she attended Business College. She moved to Los Angeles, CA where she met and married Luke Lukes. They made California their home for many years. Frances moved to Pullman in 2011 following her husband's death in 2009. She is survived by her two daughters Mary Lukes of Moscow and Betty Brown of Cheney, WA; her son Tim Lukes of Dallas, TX; two grandchildren Anna Bordner & Mark Lukes and a great grandson Carson Lukes. The family wishes to thank the staff of Bishop Place and Kindred Hospice for their compassionate care. No local services will be held.
