Howard T. Frazier, 81, of Moscow, ID, died July 26, 2016 at the Bishop Place Retirement Community in Pullman, WA. Howard was born July 5, 1935 in Jerome, ID to Shirley Thomas & Mabel (Haynes) Frazier. He grew up in Jerome, ID and graduated from high school there, where he was active in the Boy Scouts, and track and field. Howard married Juanita Hitchcock in April of 1954 and they made their home in Payette, ID from 1968 until 2007. Howard worked for the Idaho Power Company for 37 years and retired as a line crew foremen. He was a member of the Payette Christian Church for many years serving as an elder throughout the years. He and Juanita were active in ministry to widows, young people and orphans. Howard taught 4H classes as well as basic electrical studies throughout his life. His family was of utmost importance in his life, and he held dear time spent with them. Howard loved hiking, fishing and camping with Juanita and their children. He is survived by his wife Juanita of Moscow, ID; his two sons Mike & Kim Frazier; his two daughters Kelly Putman & Wendy Skipper; two sisters Doris Scott and Elmina Peterson; one brother Jerry Frazier; and 12 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and three siblings.
A graveside service was held on Friday, July 29, 2016 at the Moscow Cemetery, Moscow, ID. Kimball Funeral Home of Pullman, WA is caring for the family.
