June Yvonne Hull 87 of Moscow
Our loving June Yvonne Hull passed away on Friday June 19, 2015 at Bella Vista Adult Care Home in Pullman, Washington.
The fifth of seven children, June was born to John W. and Grace M. (Windsor) Rothwell on December 8, 1927, at their farm outside of Viola, Idaho, where she grew up.
She married Eugene W. Hull, on May 24, 1947 and was married for sixty eight years. They made their home in Moscow and had four children Kathleen, Charles, Barbara, and Richard. She was employed in several occupations before making her career in Food Services at the University of Idaho, where she retired in 1989 after 23 years.
June had many interests including; gardening, playing pinochle, fishing for Kokanee, camping and 4-wheeler rides with family.
She leaves behind her husband, Eugene at the family home; children Kathleen (Walt) Hendrix, Charles (Bess) Hull, Richard (Dana) Hull all of Moscow, and Barbara (Gary) Stone of Helmer, Idaho. Grandchildren: Debbie (Dwain) Parker; Mike (Vonda Trapp) Hendrix; Tammi (Jim) Parkins; Chuck Jr. (Tamara) Hull; Stacy (Josh) Lincks; Rick Jr. (Danielle) Hull and Scott Hull. Great-Grandchildren: Tyler and Brittany Welch; Justin and Brooke Parkins; and Madalynn, Haili, and Austin Hull. One sister, Carol Lawson of Garfield, Washington; brother, John 'Gene' Rothwell of Spokane Valley, Washington; sister-in-law, Leatha Rothwell of Post Falls, Idaho; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father, John and Grace Rothwell; sisters, Matilda Prater and Beatrice Bunch; brothers, Joseph and Robert Rothwell; great-grandson Zach Hull, and several nieces and nephews.
Our family would like to thank the caregivers at Whispering Hill, and Bella Vista Adult Care Home for the loving and wonderful care Mom received living there this past year. Lorraine and her staff are truly dedicated to giving the very best of care to those living at their home.
Also thanks to Gentivia Hospice for the wonderful care they gave our mom in her final days.
A service at Viola Cemetery will be held at a later date.
