Kerry Michael Schell, 34, of Portland, OR and formerly of Pullman, died Dec. 9, 2016 at his Portland, OR home of congenital heart disease. Kerry was born April 13, 1982 in Pullman to Terry & Linda (Drader) Schell. He grew up and attended Pullman schools, graduating from Pullman High in 2001. Kerry was involved in band during his high school years and it was during that time his passion for guitar and music began. He developed into an accomplished solo musician during his life. He was active in Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts while growing up. Kerry loved rock and roll music and especially enjoyed music by Metallica. He worked in varies capacity's while living in Pullman. Kerry moved to Portland several years ago and worked as a currier for Providence Medical Center. Kerry is survived by his mother Linda Martin of Pullman; his three brothers Darrin (Keri Ann) Drader; Randy (Bevin) Schell; Donny Schell (Taylor Wasserstrom); 7 nieces and 2 nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Terry Schell and a brother Keith. A gathering for family and friends will be held on Sunday, Dec. 18, 2016 from 5 to 7 PM at Kimball Funeral Home in Pullman. A time of sharing stories and memories will begin at 6:30 PM that evening. The family suggests memorial donations to the American Heart Association.
