Obituary

Leslie Lynn (Shahan) Lamb, 74, of Endicott, Washington, passed away peacefully on September 6, 2025, surrounded by her loving family after a courageous battle with cancer and other health-related ailments. Born on July 30, 1951, in Colfax, Washington, Leslie grew up on the Shahan Ranch in Steptoe, Washington. In 1970, she met and married Marvin Lamb and together they settled outside of Endicott, Washington where they built their life on the family farm. There, they raised three beautiful children—Tracie, Travis, and Trish—who became the foundation of a family Leslie cherished above all else. In addition to her devotion to her home, farm, and family, Leslie worked in the field of education, where she made a lasting impact on the lives of countless children. For many, one word that comes to mind when remembering Leslie is fun. She had an amazing sense of humor, was always laughing, and loved sharing inside jokes with family and friends. Her laughter and lighthearted spirit made her a joy to be around. Her children, grandchildren, and great-granddaughter were her pride and joy. She loved following their journeys, cheering them on, and attending their events and activities. Leslie is survived by her husband, Marvin; her children, Tracie (Tom) Arnold, Travis Lamb, and Trish Lamb; grandchildren, Alex Arnold, Riley Lamb, Hannah Arnold, and Jackson Arnold; and great-granddaughter, Teagan Jacobsen. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, September 12, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at the Palouse Knot Barn in Colfax, Washington. Leslie's life was defined by love, laughter, and devotion to her family and friends. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
