IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Linda D.
Caraffa
July 24, 1949 – November 26, 2025
Linda Darlene Mildred Caraffa, 76, passed away peacefully on her way to the hospital after a sudden medical event. She was born on July 24, 1949, in Camden, New Jersey, to Alfred and Ruth Caraffa. Raised in a home her father built, Linda grew up alongside her brothers Carl, Dale, and her cousin Buddy.
Linda married twice, first to John Robert Ianniello, with whom she welcomed her son, John Jr., and later to Eugene "Skip" Fisher III. With Skip, she built a busy and fulfilling life, running multiple businesses and welcoming their daughter, Denise Loraine Fisher, (Denise L Davis-Miller). After Skip's tragic death in 1981, Linda moved her family to Arizona for a fresh start near her father.
She devoted much of her life to caring for her family, especially her granddaughter, Samantha, whom she lovingly raised. Known for her strength and determination, Linda overcame significant injuries from a devastating motorhome accident and continued to provide a nurturing, adventure-filled life for her children and grandchildren. She later lived in Idaho, where she enjoyed gardening, homemaking, and deep involvement with her church community.
Linda was blessed with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, each of whom brought her immeasurable joy. Her greatest happiness came from family gatherings, gardening, travel adventures with family, and the simple beauty of everyday moments shared with those she loved.
In her later years, Linda faced several strokes and declining health with courage, supported faithfully by Denise and Samantha. She spent her final months under compassionate care in an adult family home.
Linda is preceded in death by her parents, Alfred Caraffa, and Ruth Stokes; her husbands, John Ianniello and Skip Fisher, her brothers, Dale Costello and Carl Caraffa.
She is survived by her children, John Fisher Ianniello, and Denise Davis-Miller; her grandchildren Samantha Davis, Christopher Davis, Bridgette Ianniello, Mishalyn Miller, Aaralyn Miller, Sean Baker, and Jacob Kuther; her great-grandchildren Destyni Heitmann and Tydus Stelzried Davis.
Linda will be remembered for her unwavering love, resilience, generosity, and the deep devotion she carried for her family. She will be dearly missed.
A Memorial Service will be at 10:00 AM at the Real Life Church in Moscow on Friday, December 5th, followed by a burial service at 11:00 AM at the Moscow Cemetery.
