Mirchele Marie Bergdahl

June 25, 1946 – December 23, 2025

Mirchele Bergdahl, 79, Dayton, Wash., passed away December 23, 2025, after a long-fought battle with pancreatic cancer.

Mirchele was born on June 25, 1946, in Ephrata, Wash. She was a graduate of Kennewick High School (1964) and was a beautician in her mother's beauty shop "The Powder Puff" in Pasco, Wash., for many years. She held various jobs in the Tri-Cities area and ultimately handled all the bookkeeping for her husband Crane Bergdahl's law firm until his retirement.

She lived in Pasco, Washington, for most of her years until settling in Dayton, Wash., in 2000, where she and her husband Crane built their home in the Blue Mountains of Columbia County.

A talented quilter, Mirchele enjoyed making quilts for all her family members and many friends. Over the years, she took many trips to the coast and enjoyed the ocean very much. She was also a great animal lover and had many dogs throughout her life that she cared for lovingly. When family and friends visited, she was sure to create amazing meals and she really enjoyed playing cards and dice with everyone.

Mirchele was preceded in death by her parents, Joy Pardini and Wilbur Wiegand, and her grandson Crane Mattox.

Survivors include husband, Crane Bergdahl; children, Kevin Bergdahl (Cindy), Dana Bergdahl and step-daughter Dee Myers; grandchildren, Desirae Lockard (Brad), Bailey Bergdahl and Austin Bergdahl; and three great-grandchildren.
