Obituary

NADA DRUFFEL, 74, of Uniontown, went to be with the Lord and her husband, Dec. 23, 2014 at her Uniontown, WA home. Nada was born March 1, 1940 in Kooskia, Idaho one of eight children born to Alfard Gerhard & Margaret Belle (Smith) Evenson. Nada grew up in Tyler, WA (Cheney) where she attended school. She later moved with her family to the Lewiston/Clarkston valley where she met and married Jim Druffel on Dec. 6, 1969. They then moved to Colton then later to Uniontown. Nada was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. In addition to raising her family Nada worked in the dietary industry in the area, including many years at Evergreen Estates Retirement Community in Clarkston, WA. Nada enjoyed spoiling the grandchildren and great grandchildren. The time she spent with them was precious to all. She loved to cook and bake. Nada enjoyed her get togethers with her "lunch bunch" girls from Cheney, WA. Nada loved shopping from QVC, which will not be the same without Nada's support.

She is survived by her son Chuck Campbell of Colfax, two daughters Juli Thompson of Clarkston & Becky (Stuart) Davis of Lewiston, 7 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren; two sisters Iva Catherman & Lila Anderson; two brothers Jerry & Arnold Evenson and a special friend Pat Cane.

Nada was preceded in death by her husband Jim in 2010; her parents; sister Helen Baldwin & two brothers Al & Orland Evenson.

A graveside service will be held at 1 PM on Friday, Jan. 2, 2015 at St Gall Catholic Cemetery in Colton, WA. Kimball Funeral Home of Pullman, WA is in charge of funeral arrangements.
