Nancy J. Holm, 82, a longtime Butte, Montana resident and recently of Pullman, Washington, passed away February 4, 2024 at Gritman Medical Center in Moscow, ID.  Nancy was born October 9, 1941 in Butte, MT where she grew up and graduated from high school.  Nancy married Rodney Eugene Holm in 1959 and they made Butte their home. Together they had three children and as the children got older Nancy went to work in the nursing field at St. James Memorial Hospital in Butte.  She began as a CNA and upon retirement was a Ward Secretary at the hospital.  Nancy's family was always the focal point of her life, she especially enjoyed her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was always there to listen and offer support to any in need. Nancy was an avid flower gardener, pansies being her favorite. She was a member of the Teamsters and St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Butte.  She had recently moved to Pullman, WA to be closer to her son his family.  Nancy is survived by her son Mark and daughter-in-law Valerie Holm of Pullman, WA and her grandchildren Jennifer Holm (Pullman), Brandon Herrara (Butte), Michael Hoar (Butte), Mathew and Mandi Wilson (Boulder, Mt).  Nancy was preceded in death by her husband Rodney and her two daughters, Lynn Wilson and Wendy Hoar.  A graveside service will be announced at a later date.
