Norma H. Vuletich, 98, passed away September 26, 2024. She was born on January 26, 1926, to Clive and Rena Hodge in Colfax, WA. After graduating high school at 17, she attended Kinman Business University in Spokane. She worked at a bank in Pullman for a year and made her way to Los Angeles, CA where she met and married George Vuletich. In November 1948, Robert was born and two years later, Steve.

Norma worked for North American Rockwell for close to 45 years. She was incredibly hardworking. She loved to read, go to the theatre and would do a crossword puzzle almost daily. George passed away in 1975.

She was a devoted mom and grandmother. Poor health brought her to Colfax in 2015. She was at the Courtyard until her passing. She had great affection for her caretakers there. She loved visits from her grand and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her son, Bob (Terri) Vuletich; grandchildren Courtney (Fred) Cohrs, Paul (Mariah) Vuletich, and Jenna (Deron) Duncan, and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, George, her parents, a sister Helen Stueckle, and by her son, Steve.

A memorial service will be held at Corbeill Funeral Home at 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 5, 2024. She will be laid to rest at the Colfax Cemetery next to her son, Steve Vuletich.
