Otto Frank Tanner, 87, of Tekoa, WA passed away August 3, 2024 at Pullman Regional Hospital in Pullman, WA.  Otto was born May 2, 1937 in Tekoa, WA to Lesley & Augustine Tanner.  He grew up in Tekoa and attended school there.  Otto married Laurelie Hochhalter on March 31, 1967.  They lived in Renton, WA where he worked as a machinist for the Boeing Corporation for years.  They returned to Tekoa following Otto's dream to return home.  Otto was an accomplished carpenter, building many homes through the years.  He loved trains, and would often hop trains with his daughter and travel the rails.  Otto was an accomplished person who enjoyed reading and loved to play his guitar.  He was a member of the Christian Church in Tekoa.  He is survived by his wife Laurelie, his daughter Cindy "Lucinda" Tanner, close family friend Lucinda Lohmiller, and two sisters Augustine "Annabelle" Thompson & Betty Kanipe. Also surviving are three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Otto was preceded in death by his parents.  Otto will be laid to rest at the Fairview Cemetery in Rockford, WA.  Corbeill Funeral Home of Colfax, WA has been entrusted with arrangements.
