Pam was born on January 26, 1960 in Moscow, to Glen & Ruth (Wolf) Clugey. She grew up in the Helmer area and graduated from Deary High School with the class of 1979. After high school, Pam married Richard Moulton and the couple made their home in Maine. After Richard was killed in a car accident in 1987, Pam moved back to Deary to be closer to family. She married Clifford Lawrence and the couple moved to Seattle before later divorcing. In 2002, she met Ross Gibson and the couple has been inseparable since. She spent most of early career being a Cosmetologist. Later on she went into a career in the hospitality industry, most recently working as a housekeeper at the Holiday Inn Express in Pullman.
Pam enjoyed camping, fishing and all sorts of outdoor activities. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandson Samuel. They were very best buds. She was passionate about work and had a very strong work ethic, something she passed down and instilled in her boys. She loved her cars and traded frequently – she always wanted to drive something different.
Pam is survived by her fiancé Ross Gibson of Deary; sons Glen (Candida) Moulton and Nick Lawrence of Moscow; grandson Samuel Moulton; father Glen Clugey of Deary and brothers Mike & Dale Clugey, both of Clarkston. She was preceded in death by her mother and brother.
Memorial contributions in Pam's honor are suggested to Deary Senior Mealsite. Kimball Funeral Home & Crematory of Pullman has been entrusted with funeral arrangements.
