Robert W. "Bob" Langdon, 80, of Pullman, passed away July 27, 2018 at the Robville Adult Family Home in Pullman, WA. Bob was born in Morristown, NJ on August 7, 1937 to Glen & Mildred (Miller) Langdon. The family moved to Sao Paulo, Brazil in 1945 where Bob grew up and attended school. During high school he came to Clarkston, WA graduating from Clarkston High in 1954. Bob attended WSU for a time before returning to New Jersey where he lived. Bob attended Fairleigh-Dickenson University for a time. In 1960 he moved to Seattle, WA and began his career as a Sales Engineer with the Moore Products Company in the high tech products industry. Bob married Phyllis Larson in 1963 and together they had one son. The couple later divorced in 1973. He had a love for the water and enjoyed sailing. It was through his sailing adventures that he met Mary Wiley and they married on June 15, 2000 in Tacoma, WA. From 2004 to 2011 Bob and Mary traveled the world, spending time on every continent. They moved to Pullman in August of 2011. Bob is survived by his wife Mary of Pullman; his son Robert G. Langdon of Federal Way, WA; three step-daughters Meghan Wiley (Tom Redinger) of Moscow; Elizabeth (Michael) Jones of Walnut Creek, CA; Susan (Rob) Scott of Lake Stevens, WA; sister-in-law Marian Langdon of Aptos, CA; his 6 grandchildren Allyson (Mike), Jill (Curtis), Emily (Justin), Delaney, Damien & Max; his niece Karen (Chris) Hull and their children Andrew & Melanie. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Glen Langdon. As was Bob's request there will be no public services. At some point in time his ashes will flow in Puget Sound where Bob and Mary spent many happy hours sailing. Kimball Funeral Home of Pullman, WA has been entrusted with arrangements. Memorial donations are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association.
