IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Sandra Lee
Hall
March 9, 1958 – August 29, 2025
Sandra Lee (Lockhart) Hall, 67, of Colfax, WA passed away August 29, 2025 outside of Colfax, WA. Sandra was born March 9, 1958 in Colfax, WA to Bartley & Beverly (Clark) Lockhart. She grew up in St John, WA on the family farm and attended school in St. John where she ultimately graduated high school. Farm life was a perfect fit for her, growing up being outdoors with her horse, working with livestock and enjoying the family pets.
After high school, Sandra attended Kelsey-Baird Business School in Spokane, WA, following a family tradition as her mother and sister also attended there, receiving certification for completion of the Secretarial course and then went to work as a secretary for Bendix Field Corporation in Spokane.
Sandra had a brief marriage, early on, to Michael McGuire but was destined to find the love of her life and on February 25, 1978, Sandra married Stanley Scott Hall in Spokane, WA. Over the years the family lived in Spokane and Butte, MT before settling in St. John, WA to be on the family farm and raise their children, Dawn and Scott.
In addition to raising the family, Sandra worked as a nursing assistant/caregiver and also waitressed at the Wheel Inn in Steptoe, WA. She would later join Stan as his right-hand navigator in the semi-truck doing long haul trucking, traveling thousands and thousands of miles where they got to experience so many wonderful sights across the country together. They also ran local loads and drove during harvest time for a handful of farmers, most recently for her niece Tara (Hall) Tupling and husband Norman, which even during retirement they looked forward to every year.
She was a devoted wife, mom and grandma who loved spending time with her family and her numerous dear friends. She has always loved the country life and outdoors, especially camping, boating or hunting with her beloved Stan.
Sandra enjoyed attending church at Catalyst Church and Plymouth Congregational in Colfax. She loved the Lord with all her heart and was a woman of great faith that showed through in all she did. Sandra was a friend to all, expressing so much care, compassion and concern for everyone. No matter what someone did, she always saw the good in them.
She is survived by her husband Stan at their home in Colfax; her daughter Dawn (Hall) Pitts of Colfax; her son Scott (Samantha) Hall of Salt Lake City, UT; her parents Bartley & Beverly (Clark) Lockhart of Spokane, WA; her sister, Sherry (Mike) Blair of Spokane, WA and her grandson Mason Pitts, Cheney, WA. Sandra was preceded in death by a grandson, Brady Pitts and many friends and family, who without a doubt she is rejoicing in their reunion.
A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held on October 4, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. at the Catalyst Church, Fairview Campus located at 1185 W. Fairview St., Colfax, WA. Corbeill Funeral Home of Colfax, WA has been entrusted with arrangements. Family suggests that any charitable donations be made to the St. John-Endicott Schools' Foundation Dollars for Scholars in honor of her Grandson, Brady Pitts. These can be addressed to the foundation at PO Box 411, St. John, WA 99171.
