Shirley R. Morrison, 81, passed away on November 29, 2021 at her home in Burbank, WA. Shirley was born on March 9, 1940 to Dan and Helen (Bafus) Lautenslager in St. John, WA. She grew up and attended school in St. John graduating with the class of 1959. Shortly after graduation she married the love of her life, Dale Morrison, on June 20, 1959 in St. John, WA. They lived together in St. John until moving to Washtucna in 1968. They made their home in Burbank, WA in February of 1992 and they continued to live there up until her passing. Shirley was a very hard worker. She started working at the age of 13 waiting tables at the local café. Shirley was a good person who never hurt anybody. She was a loyal friend whom you could trust with anything.

She is survived by her husband of 63 ½ years, Dale Morrison; her two children, Terri (Bill) Baker of LaCrosse, WA, and Randy Morrison of Seattle, WA; five grandchildren, Britt Morrison, Bryce (Heather) Morrison, Jennifer Baker, Andrea Baker, and Vance Baker; and by her four great-grandchildren, Azlyn Morrison, Wyatt Morrison, Chloe Morrison, and Paisley Morrison. She was preceded in death by her parents and by her two brothers, Lanny and Jerry Lautenslager. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at 10:00 AM at the St. John Cemetery.
