Steven Paul Sargent, 60, of Pullman, Washington passed away December 31, 2024 at his Pullman home.  Steven was born January 9, 1964 in Gresham, Oregon to Lyle & Ann (Earls) Sargent.  The family moved to Fruitland, Idaho where Steven grew up and graduated from Fruitland High School.  He entered the United States Army, serving in both the states and in Korea.  Following his honorable discharge Steven returned to Fruitland and later moved to Phoenix, Arizona where he attended ITT Technical Institute.  He returned to the family home in Fruitland, ID until moving to Pullman, WA where he has made his home since.  Steven worked as a plumber for Carlson's Plumbing for a number of years.  He loved the outdoors and being in the woods.  Steven enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping.  He is survived by his mother Ann Sargent of Pullman; his brother David (Samantha) Sargent of Pullman; his sister Lila (James) Whited of Pullman and many nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his father Lyle, and a sister Sheila Sargent.  No public services will be held and Corbeill Funeral Home of Pullman, WA has been entrusted with arrangements.
