Webster Lincoln Kneass III, 64, of Horseshoe Lake, Washington, passed away on July 12, 2025. Born on November 25, 1960, in San Mateo, California, he graduated from Mead High School in Spokane, Washington, in 1979 and lived a vibrant life marked by love, generosity, and a deep connection to the world around him.
A skilled craftsman and laborer, Webster poured his heart into woodworking, landscaping, and working in the dirt. He created beautiful decks and nurtured plants, reviving many to health. He had a meticulous eye for detail and a thrifty approach that transformed simple materials into works of art. His creations brought joy and beauty to those around him.
Webster was a free spirit with a heart full of mischief, love, and adventure. Known for his infectious laughter, he was a jokester who brought warmth to every room. His thoughtful, selfless nature led him to give personalized, meaningful gifts that touched the hearts of family and friends. He was observant, open-minded, and empathetic, always ready to lend a hand or a listening ear to those in need. A spiritual man, he sought truth and peace, was deeply connected to the earth and the spiritual realm, while his serene presence brought calm to those around him. His love for life was evident in his twinkling eyes, which sparkled with curiosity and kindness.
An avid reader and movie enthusiast, Webster also enjoyed cooking, listening to meditative and spiritual music, and caring for animals. His positive attitude and good heart made him a friend to all, effortlessly forming bonds with his honesty and willingness to embrace everyone. He cherished adventures, trusted openly, and lived to encourage and accept others.
Webster is survived by his mother, Joan Kneass; sisters, Nancy Kure (Jeff) and Carolyn Nordquist (Dan); brother, Andrew Kneass (Jeanette); nieces and nephews, Ruthanna, Jesse, and Daniel Kure, Gunnar, Titus, and Meleah Nordquist, and Jake, Blue, and Sydney Kneass; and great-nieces and great-nephews, Baylie, Noah, Lily, and Mac. He was predeceased by his father, Webster Lincoln Kneass II, and nephew, Christian Kure.
Webster's light will continue to shine in the hearts of those who knew him, a testament to a life lived with joy, purpose, boundless love, and now eternal peace. Corbeill Funeral Home of Pullman, WA has been entrusted with arrangements.
