WILLIAMINA F. "BILLIE" SMART, 81, of Moscow, passed away Saturday, Oct. 5, 2013 at Gritman Medical Center in Moscow, ID. Billie was born Jan. 7, 1932 in New Toronto, Canada where she grew up and graduated from high school. Billie came to the United States as a young lady, becoming a naturalized citizen. She worked as a reservation agent for United Airlines until her retirement. Billie moved to Moscow nine years ago to live with her daughter. Together they breed and showed Bearded Collies throughout many areas. She is survived by her daughter Susan Smart of Moscow, ID. No public services will be held.
